This workshop is aimed at therapists who are regularly completing complex seating and mobility assessments and working with clients with significant postural asymmetry that require custom seating solutions to be considered. The focus will still be on MAT but will look at how to describe postural asymmetry and the considerations that guide the simulation portion of the assessment. This workshop will be an opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate with peers also working with complex postural requirements. Attendees are encouraged to bring along any case studies for discussion. Registration will be limited. Please contact Tracee-lee directly for more information  – initial expressions of interest are currently being accepted

Attendees are encouraged to wear loose and comfortable clothing as there will be lots of moving and positioning throughout the day. You are welcome to bring along a yoga mat or towel to lie on as we will be practising throughout the session. A light lunch will be provided to participants and a certificate of attendance for CPD hours will be accessible to those who attend.

Dietary requirements: This session includes a light afternoon tea. Please advise of any dietary requirements via email to at least 48 hours prior to the event.
